Orders will ship within 24 hrs after being placed. If you received free shipping then your order is shipped FedEx Smartpost (3-10 business days). Please do plan accordingly as SmartPost will take time to receive. If you want faster shipping there are paid options to choose from.
If you choose FREE shipping, we use FedEx SmartPost which takes 3-10 business days. Here's more information: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/fedex-smartpost.html. We recommend you use Free Shipping when you have enough formula in stock and you're replenishing.

If you are LOW and need formula within few days, please do NOT use Free Shipping as it will take 1-2 weeks.
Due to the nature of the product, we DO NOT accept returns for Formula, Cereal/porridge and puree. You can read the full shipping and returns policy here.
Please note during shipping, Cans and Boxes might get dented by FedEx, UPS or USPS. Please understand we can't control how UPS, FedEx or USPS handles the shipments. Dented cans or boxes do NOT qualify for Refunds or Exchanges. No you will not be able to exchange dented cans.

Once you place the order for a subscription, you've selected how frequently you'd like to receive the diapers and/or wipes. Your options are: 3, 4 and 5 weeks. We will bill you every X week you've selected. No Risk! Cancel Anytime
